1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Choose your product, click the Add to Cart button, and follow the checkout steps to complete your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase is placed successfully.
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, transit time is usually 3-4 business days. In most cases, customers receive their order within approximately 4-6 business days from purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
3. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 24-72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system after shipment. If your tracking has not updated after that window, please contact us and we will help review the shipment.
