Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Most orders arrive within approximately 4-6 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during carrier delays or peak periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also use our Track Your Orders page to review shipment updates.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible at contact@agatecity.shop. We can only update an address before the order has been dispatched.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or tracking has stopped updating for an unusual period, contact us at contact@agatecity.shop with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the case and work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
