Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering from AgateCity. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for eligible orders.

Returns Preference
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges Preference
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange when appropriate. If a replacement is not available, we may issue a refund.

Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.

Return Method
To start a return, email contact@agatecity.shop with your order number and the reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for the next step.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund Processing Time
Once an approved return or refund request has been reviewed, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number plus photos when available. We will review the issue and make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be declined if the item shows use, is missing original packaging, or if the request is submitted outside the return window. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.
